  • Shipping Policy

    Our shipping takes 5-7 business days not including Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Processing begins one day after order confirmation. Tracking numbers will be sent via email after your order has been shipped. Any questions or concerns should be sent to info@queetbeauty.com Incorrect Shipping Address:If a package is returned to Queet's Beauty LLC., due to incorrect address provided by the customer or the customer was not home. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and additional delivery fees.

  • Refund Policy

    We do not accept returns once an order has been shipped or received. We will only replace an item if we mistakenly sent out the wrong item with proof of receipt.

  • Terms of Service

    Queet's Beauty LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address listed by the customer for an order. Upon inquiry, Queet's Beauty LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
